On the 8th to 14th May and 22nd to 28th May two batches of master trainers were trained by Coffee Management Services based on the Generic Manual. The master trainers were drawn from Burundi, Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe. The master trainers were empowered with human expertise for certification and/or verification in the various certification standards prevalent in the region.
